These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Safenetcloud Ltd, a private company registered under company number 245823, with its registered office at Suite 102, Aarti Chambers, Mont Fleuri, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles ("Safenetcloud", "we", "us", or "our").
By signing up and using the Safenetcloud platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
1. Introduction

Safenetcloud provides cloud storage solutions allowing users to securely upload, store, and access their files online. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of their plan.

2. Account Registration & Management

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.

  • Each account is personal and non-transferable.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.

  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

  • When using our services, you agree not to:

    • Upload, store, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, defamatory, or malicious (including malware, spyware, or viruses).

    • Violate any intellectual property rights, including copyrighted content without proper authorization.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data through hacking, scraping, or similar means.

    • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in an abusive or excessive manner.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Data Security & Privacy

  • We use industry-standard encryption technologies and secure protocols to protect your stored data.

  • You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over the files you upload to Safenetcloud.

  • We do not access, monitor, or disclose your files unless required to do so by law or with your explicit consent.

  • For more details about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Service Availability & Technical Support

  • While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

  • We are not liable for any loss of access, data, or revenue resulting from service unavailability.

  • Technical support is available through our help center and via email at support@safenetcloud.cc.

6. Payment Terms

  • Safenetcloud offers both free and paid plans, each with different features and storage limits.

  • Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed securely.

  • In case of billing errors or proven service failures, refunds may be issued at our discretion.

7. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Refunds are available to all customers, for any reason.

  • To request a refund, simply contact us at support@safenetcloud.cc.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].

No questions asked, no issues — if you request a refund within the 30-day period, you will receive it.

8. Termination of Services

  • You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

    • Violates these Terms

    • Violates any applicable laws

    • Harms the integrity or security of our platform

  • If your account is terminated for any reason, your data may be deleted without the possibility of recovery.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • Safenetcloud Ltd may update or revise these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

  • Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safenetcloud Ltd shall not be liable for:

    • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

    • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits;

    • Any unauthorized access or loss of user content, whether due to user negligence, system failure, or third-party intrusion.

  • The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
